Registration

ISAGA 2017 uses an online registration and payment system based upon ConfTool. You can create a profile and log in to the system for submitting a paper or other contribution, and / or for registration as a participant. Payment options are via PayPal or bank transfer (early bird only) or by means of certain credit cards. 


First step is to freely register as a user in the ConfTool system. After registration as user you can go on and register as participant (then you will be asked for payment options and have to pay the fee). However, as a user you can already upload contributions. Maybe you want to wait for full registration until you know if your contribution is accepted or not. This is possible if you upload contributions as a user. We will inform you about acceptance as soon as possible. After acceptance you can then register fully as a participant. You can upload contributions any time.

Terms of Registration and Payment

The registration of participation is binding. You may cancel your registration up to April 15th 2017 and get a 50% refund. The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 14 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event). Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received. The conference program may be subject to changes. Payments will be refunded if the conference is cancelled by the organizer. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
